Testimonials for Orange Tours & Transportation

I can't thank Dimitre and all the other staff enough for making our roundtrip transfers from Orlando airport smooth and hassle free.
I usually don't venture from Mears but after going with unanswered emails and phone calls not to mention a pricey quote, I decided to look for another transportation company for my group. When I saw Orange Tours & Transportation website, I took a chance on an online quote and received an immediate email back giving advice, quotes and asking for specifics. I booked our group thinking this could be too good to be true and held my breath.
Since part of the group was on one flight and another part on a later the transfers were going to be a bit tricky. Dimitre made sure that everyone was accounted for and even checked on the delayed flight times. He was there promplty and provided a lot of information about Orlando and what to expect during the busiest time of the year. On the return back to the airport, Dimitre contacted us the day before suggesting that our group on the early flight would need to be at the airport earlier than anticipated because he had checked with the airlines and ours was a full flight. Upon arrival at the airport, we were directed to kiosks for those that had carry-on baggage and curbside assistance for those with checked bags in order to make a quick and smooth check in.
Obviously, Orange Tours and Transportation provided me and my group with fantastic service. They were prompt, friendly, efficient and priced well below other transportation groups. I will be using them for all my transportation needs whenever I go to Orlando.
My highest recommendation goes to this company!

I'm not much for testimonials, but I have to tell you that your service on our trip to WDW last week was fabulous! Marcello was so accommodating to our rowdy group of girls (he put up with some very loud singing) and he was right on time for our return. I travel two weeks out of the month and this was the easiest transport I've had in years. You back up everything you claim you'll provide.

Thanks so much for the great transportation. 14 of the Crossman family used 2 vans to get to and from the 5/6 - 5/9 Disney Cruise. We appreciated your spotless vans and carseat, timely pickups, friendly drivers and great price.
If I remember correctly, 1 of our drivers was Johnny. He took us to Ron Jon's surf shop as we requested and also (without us asking) stopped at a place along the highway so we could see the alligators. He was full of helpful hints for our cruise, too.
Thanks for the great service. I have raved about you guys on the "Disboards" and hope that will lead to new customers for you.
