Cancellation Policy:

30 hours or more prior the pickup: no cost 

0 to 30 hours prior pickup: 100% penalty 

Waiting times at Airports

For domestic arrivals the driver will be waiting no longer than one hour after the airport system informs “aircraft at the gate” for passengers at determined meet & greet specific area according with the rules of each airport administration.

For international arrivals the driver will be waiting no longer than two hours after airport system inform “aircraft at the gate” for passengers at determined meet & greet specific area according with the rules of each airport administration.

Delays due to weather conditions or technical issues will be manage based on schedule availability. The company will perform the pickup based on vehicles and drivers available at soon as possible for every single situation. If the customer wants cancel the pickup because they don`t agree with the alternative solution provided by the company, the penalty fee will be 80%.

Grace period

Grace period for pickups at other sites is 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If the customer no show 15 minutes after the schedule, the pickup should be cancelled with 100% of penalty.

Safety and general rules

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity;

Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law;

Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicles;

Pets / emotional support animals

Your pets / emotional support animals are very welcome in our vehicles. Otherwise, their safety and the vehicles clean is our priority. Clean fees can be applied if needed.

Tips / Gratuity

Tips are very welcome, otherwise we don’t collect gratuity in advance because we believe that’s based on the customer experience. Please feel free for it. Very appreciated.
